I would like to leave a follow up with my experience since they tried to invalidate my original review and turn the blame on me and my insurance. On 5/18, my roof started leaking and 18 gal of water came into my home. This company was assigned on that same day. Long story short, this company came out to look, caused $1000 worth of damages to my living room in the process, promised they’d be back in 3-5 days to fix it, then ignored me on several occasions from May-August, admitted they dropped the ball twice and never came back and completed the repairs. I left a google review with my experience after being treated badly for 3 months straight. I made multiple attempts to get ahold of this company. I made one last call asking to speak with an owner on 8/16. On 8/17, I get a call. I very calmly expressed all of my concerns. I explained that I am very upset and disappointed. I explained that if someone would have just been upfront with me regarding a timeline, that it would have been fine. But I explained it is not okay to tell someone 3 days, and then turn that into 2-3 months with no communication at all. I thought him and I had a nice and polite conversation and he sounded like he understood. At the end of the call, he said “I have a favor to ask you.” He proceeds to bring up my google review and asked me to take it down. He then tells me “I also see you got 3 of your friends to leave us a bad review.” I immediately apologized that someone else left a review, but explained that I have not told anyone about this process and that I did not ask anyone to leave a review. I asked him to read me the names and the reviews. He read me the names and I had never heard of them before. I told him that I’m sorry that someone did that, but that I did not do that and that I don’t know those people. He tells me that I am not being honest and that google shows I am connected to these people. Again, I don’t know those people or have ever heard their name. I did tell him that again. He then tells me “based off that, we are not going to move forward with having you as a customer. We will not be coming back out. You will have to use someone else for the repairs.” I was shocked at being treated this way for months and then to have him accusing me of doing that, accusing me of lying about it, and dropping me as a customer. So after 3 long months of them being absolutely awful to me, them trying to scam my insurance out of $9,000 for 1 small hole, and then them cutting a huge hole in my ceiling & causing me another $1000 in damages, they are now refusing to fix the damages they caused to my home and have dropped me as a customer. I have never had such an awful experience with a company in my life. They could have simply chosen to make it right, and it would’ve taken them a few days at most, but instead they chose to accuse me of something I didn’t do, and then refuse to fix the damages they caused to my property. I also read the comment they wrote on my original review and they tried to invalidate my feelings, place the blame on me, try to blame my insurance, and then had the nerve to call me and ask me to take down my review about my experience. They also tried to say above that they waited 3 weeks on me and that is not true. I have every record of every call, every email, every text. I have been in customer service for 15 years. You do not call a customer and ask them to take down their review. That is NOT the way to do business. You make it right.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Please take this as a warning and stay far away from them!!!!
I can't say enough about how great their entire team was! Seth and Tyler did such a great job during the mitigation process. They were very meticulous and covered every inch of our home professionally.
Travis communicated every step of the way and always took the time to explain in detail the scope of the work being done. Highly recommend.
The team provided excellent and quick assistance to us when we were in a time of need and efficiency due to my daughters illness. Everyone was kind, extremely helpful & more than willing to answer all our questions & work with us.
Jim Trad and his work partner Jason were excellent. Prompt, courteous, personable
And professional. They handled a very difficult match and paint job perfectly. I would trust them with just about any job that might come up.
Mac McCord does a great job as project manager. He’s very attentive to detail and makes sure everything is done right and that the client / customer is happy and satisfied.
Beginning with Trevor, he performed his duties with ease and professionalism; Scott, Tyler, and Seth performed a fabulous job on my house …. Extensive water damage. Certainly glad I was introduced to this company; however, the people who work for Paul Davis, made this experience settling with ease and comfort, knowing they were here. Very pleasant individuals with a wealth of knowledge and compassion. Thank you!
